Wendy Dobson has many years of experience in the travel industry and an impressive resume. Her early experience focused on International travel and she had an extensive Corporate clientele. Managing a retail agency and setting up two inbound companies for leading agencies rounded out her experience and provided the platform for her to launch her own business.
Art of Travel was formed in 1995 with two aims in mind:
- To support overseas Agents and complement their goals by providing a New Zealand office committed to delivering their clients expectations and more.
- To work with private individuals and groups seeking luxury tours not available on standard itineraries.
The Art of Travel concept evolved over time as Wendy travelled extensively throughout the United States, UK, Europe, Scandinavia and South Africa. More and more she came to appreciate the importance of fitting each travel experience to the individual. With every trip she recognized that good experiences directly connected to those things that were important to her, such as meeting her own timetable and the style of her accommodation.
These personal experiences enable her to see through the eyes of her clients and take particular care to meet their priorities.
Through such attention to detail she has gained the reputation for providing exceptionally creative and flawless itineraries that more than deliver on their promise.
No challenge is too difficult and nothing is seen as a problem. Handling unusual requests or last minute adjustments are all part of the Art of Travel Service.
